novelty at first, annoying eventually. even if we had the option to turn it off, [almost] everyone would go that route anyways, thus making an update pointless.

I had this idea recently and posted today (I searched but didn't see your forum, sorry).

I think it would be really cool and immerse you in the game more

I like the idea it, I think it would be pretty sweet in pve but in pvp there would be alot of complaints and it just wouldn't work. it would wake u up after a couple of hours of doa and keep u on ur toes also it would absorb u into the game more.

Also deep wound could be a big gash down the middle of the screen cracked armor could look like a broken mirror and everything reflects wiredly, weakness the screen squishes slowly, and ... cripple no idea

but stacking conditions would have an interesting effect so you would have to have a priority thing as in poision would overcome bleeding and disease overcomes poision. Deep wound owns all. kind of like when ur healthbar turns pink from bleeding and then green from poision even though u stilla re bleeding

i'm not necessarily for this idea but why, for the love of the god that you humans seem to believe in, do people keep bringing up the negative effects it would have in pvp?
when you go into pvp, disable the effects. if you don't, you're gimping yourself and you deserve to be griefed by the lol-blind-everybody teams - assuming that people continue forming these teams when they realize everyone and their mother disables the effects in pvp.
at least come up with valid reasons for why this is a bad suggestion - like that you'd rather have anet work on something useful than a maybe-cool but definitely-annoying feature that people would disable when playing competitively anyway?

edit: btw, posting on chrome. i love the ability to resize text fields (among other things but i just used that feature). can't wait til google releases 1.0
